Where do you ship?


A: At this time, we only ship to the USA.

Do my billing and shipping address have to match?


A: We require that your billing and shipping address match to prevent identity and credit card fraud.

How much is shipping?


A: Shipping is based on the order total. Order will ship either through USPS, FedEx or UPS.           

  • $74.99 and under --- $6.99  
  • $75.00 and Over FREE SHIPPING 

    **Perfumes, hairspray and any other flammable items must be shipped through ground services.* 


Q: Order Processing Times

How long will it take my order to ship?


A: All items have different processing times before they are shipped. Please check each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item.

In general:

  • In-stock items will ship within 1-3 business days.
  • Available for order items will ship within 4-7 business days.
  • Special Order (Custom/Personalized) items will ship within 7-14 business days.


At times, there might be a delay in shipping your item(s). We will notify you as soon as possible.

Q: Shipment Tracking
How will I know when my order was shipped?


A: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Although most orders take approximately 3-5 business days to be received, please allow up to 7-14 business days.



Q: Multiple Items One Package
If I ordered more than 1 item will I receive everything in 1 package?


A: It depends on which warehouse the items you ordered are located. You might receive multiple packages and on different days from different carriers but you will only be charged one shipping rate for the total order. 



Q: Returns
What is your return policy?


A: You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping fees. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).



Q: Out of Stock Items from Order
Are all items in stock?


A: The majority of our items are in stock and ready to ship from our store. Some items are shipped from our distributors and personalized items are shipped from the made to order location.

Occasionally items become out of stock. We will notify you as soon as possible and you can decide how you would like to proceed with your order. 



Q: Reorder Sold Out Items
If an item is sold out will it be available again to purchase?


A: We can only reorder an item if it is still in production and available from distributors. If discontinued, once it's gone from our site, we cannot reorder and will remove it.
